Easy Asian Stir Fry

- 1 tbsp. oil shopping list
- 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked shopping list
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips shopping list
- 4 cups assorted cut up fresh vegetables or 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen stir fry vegetables shopping list
- 1/4 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic shopping list
- cashews shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare rice as directed on package
- Cook and stir chicken (stir fry) in oil in skillet on medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until cooked through
- Add vegetables (vegetables)
- Mix water, soy sauce, pepper and garlic (sauce mixture); add to skillet
- Cook on medium heat for 3-5 minutes
- Serve over rice
- Top with cashews (add ons)

- Pork -
- (stir fry) 1 lb. pork tenderloin; cut into 1 inch chunks
- (vegetables) carrots, onions, green peppers; cut into chunks
- (add ons) top with 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks; drained
- Beef -
- (stir fry) 1 lb. beef sirloin; cut into thin strips
- (vegetables) mix 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce and 1/2 tsp. ground ginger and 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- (add ons) sprinkle with chinese noodles
- Vegetarian -
- (stir fry) 1 pkg. (14 oz.) extra firm tofu; cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- (vegetables) mix 1/2 cup stir fry sauce and 1/2 tsp. ground ginger and 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- (add ons) sprinkle with peanuts
