Country Style Rice and Pudding

- 1 can (15 oz.) cream style corn shopping list
- 1 1/3 cups instant rice shopping list
- 1 1/3 cups milk shopping list
- 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt or to taste shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper shopping list
- 3 slices cheddar cheese shopping list
- 3 slices bacon shopping list
How to make it
- In an 8 inch square baking pan, combine all ingredients into 1 1/2 inch squares and arrange alternate pieces across top of rice mixture to make a checkerboard pattern
- Bake at 375F for 30 minutes
