Ingredients

1 can (15 oz.) cream style corn

1 1/3 cups instant rice

1 1/3 cups milk

2 tbsp. chopped green pepper

1 tsp. salt or to taste

1/4 tsp. black pepper

3 slices cheddar cheese

3 slices bacon

Directions

In an 8 inch square baking pan, combine all ingredients into 1 1/2 inch squares and arrange alternate pieces across top of rice mixture to make a checkerboard pattern

Bake at 375F for 30 minutes
