Hot and Spicy Chex Party Mix
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter shopping list
- 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt shopping list
- 2-3 tsp. red pepper sauce shopping list
- 3 cups Corn Chex shopping list
- 3 cups Rice Chex shopping list
- 3 cups Wheat Chex shopping list
- 1 cup mixed nuts shopping list
- 1 cup pretzels shopping list
- 1 cup bite size cheese crackers shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 250F
- Melt margarine in a large roasting pan in oven
- Stir in seasonings
- Gradually stir in remaining ingredients until evenly coated
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes
- Spread on paper towels to cool
- Store in airtight containter
- ***Microwave Directions:
- Melt margarine in large microwaveable bowl uncovered on high
- Stir in seasonings
- Gradually stir in remaining ingredients until evenly coated
- Microwave uncovered on high for 5-6 minutes, thoroughly stirring every 2 minutes
- Spread on paper towels to cool
- Store in airtight container
