Chicken And Cheese Enchiladas

- 8-10 inch tortillas shopping list
- 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 (8oz) ctn. sour cream shopping list
- 1 small can diced green chiles shopping list
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken shopping list
- 8 oz or 2 cups shredded cheese, cheddar, colby jack, mexican blend shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together soup, sour cream, green chiles and 1 cup of shredded cheese.
- Place some chicken down the center of one tortilla and add two dollops of soup mixture on top of the chicken.
- Roll up tortilla and place in 9x13 pan.
- Repeat steps 2 & 3 for each tortilla.
- Cover tortillas in pan with remaining soup mixture and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes or until cheese it slightly browned.
