this smoothie tastes great and can be breakfast, a drink or a snack!! goes perfectly with a chicken salad or something incredibly healthy. you dont have to stick to these ingredients!!

Ingredients
  • 1 ripe banana
  • a handfull of sweet strawberries
  • a handfull of blueberries
  • a handful of blackberries/raspberries
  • 4/5 blackberries/raspberries for a sauce
  • 3/4 strawberries for a delicious decoration
  • half a cup of orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon of fromage frais
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar (optional)
  • you dont have to have these ingredients!! customise!!!

Directions
  1. chop up your banana and strawberries into small slices/pieces
  2. put all fruits, fromage frais and juice into blender
  3. blend until its a creamy mixture
  4. add sugar and blend for 30 seconds
  5. pour smoothie into a jug and leave in the fridge for about 10 minutes
  6. chop and blend the extra blackberries/raspberries for a thin sauce
  7. pour smoothie into large glasses
  8. decorate the surface with strawberry slices and drizzle with the berry sauce
  9. enjoy!!!
