How to make it

  • chop up your banana and strawberries into small slices/pieces
  • put all fruits, fromage frais and juice into blender
  • blend until its a creamy mixture
  • add sugar and blend for 30 seconds
  • pour smoothie into a jug and leave in the fridge for about 10 minutes
  • chop and blend the extra blackberries/raspberries for a thin sauce
  • pour smoothie into large glasses
  • decorate the surface with strawberry slices and drizzle with the berry sauce
  • enjoy!!!
