Cheesy creamy soup. Great on a cold day!

Ingredients
  • 4 lg russet potatoes
  • 1 sm bag baby carrots
  • 1/2C chopped onion
  • 1 can cut green beans with liquid
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1 can cream of celery
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 4C chicken broth
  • 1 sm block velveeta cheese
  • 1 pkg. Oscar Meyer real bacon pieces
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Peel potatoes and cut into bite size pieces
  2. Place in soup pot.
  3. Add carrots, green beans, onion, bacon pieces and chicken broth.
  4. If veggies aren't covered, add enough water to just cover.
  5. Bring to a boil, turn down and simmer until veggies are tender
  6. Slice cheese into cubes
  7. Add in soups, milk and cheese constantly stirring until all cheese is melted.
  8. Salt an pepper to taste.
