These fish cakes can also be made with crabmeat or tuna. Thanks to stuffing mix these fish cakes stay crispy outside and moist inside.

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg stuffing mix
  • 2/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup real mayonnaise
  • If using salmon: USE:
  • 2 (6oz). cans of salmon drain, skin and discard bones.
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • If using tuna: USE:
  • 2 ( 6 oz.) cans of tuna. drain and flake
  • 2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • If using crabmeat: USE:
  • 2 (6 oz.) cans crabmeat drain and flake
  • 3 TBSP tartar sauce.

Directions
  1. Mix stuffing mix,water and mayo. add ingredients to which ever fish option you chose. Cover and refrigerate 15 min.
  2. Heat skillet sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Shape mixture into patties.Add to skillet cook 4 min on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
