Ingredients
  • 2 c white rice
  • 4 c water..
  • 1 # ground round
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 large jar of pace chunky salsa..(your choice mild medium or hot)

Directions
  1. cook rice as directed on the package..
  2. add burger and garlic powder to frypan and brown ..
  3. combine rice and burger with salsa and simmer for 5 minutes on low stirring occasionally so it wont burn
