Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 medium head of green or red cabbage
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vinegar
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Heat oil in large skillet. Add cabbage, cooke over low heat stirring frequently, until light brown.
- Cover and cook about 5 minutes longer, stirring occasionally until crisp-tender.
- Stir in cream and vinegar. Heat until cream is hot. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
