I made this tonight. I don't like deer meat, but when it is cooked all day....I don's mind it. It has no spice in it because my husband can't have spices....it sends him into A Fib

Ingredients
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can white beans
  • 1 pound ground deer meat
  • 2 ribs celery
  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • V8 juice

Directions
  1. Brown deer meat. Drain.
  2. In slow cooker, add both beans, celery, carrots, and deer meat.
  3. Pour V8 in to cover.
  4. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning, check to see if more V* needs to be added.
  5. Cook on low all day.
  6. .
  7. Serve over hot rice.
