How to make it

  • Get grill ready with indirect heat. Season meat with pepper, garlic powder and salt. Lightly oil the grate. Place the tenderloin on the grate and position drip pan underneath the meat. Cook the meat over indirect heat for 30 minutes. Brush the tenderloin with barbeque sauce. Continue the cooking for 15 minutes or until desired doneness. Slice the pork and serve.
