Roasted squash with other flavors in a simmering bliss

Ingredients
- butternut squash
- butter
- sea salt
- chicken stock
- nutmeg
- thai hot sauce
- ground cloves
- ground ginger
- onions
- scallions
- cream
Directions
- Bake squash, quartered, with butter
- mix stock, onion, garlic, thai hot sauce, ground cloves ground ginger and onions and cook on top of stove as squash bakes
- scoop cooked squash into mixer with other ingredients and mix
- throw in sliced scallions and cook for another 15 minutes
- add light cream or milk at low heat
- Serve and enjoy!
