Roasted squash with other flavors in a simmering bliss

Ingredients
  • butternut squash
  • butter
  • sea salt
  • chicken stock
  • nutmeg
  • thai hot sauce
  • ground cloves
  • ground ginger
  • onions
  • scallions
  • cream

Directions
  1. Bake squash, quartered, with butter
  2. mix stock, onion, garlic, thai hot sauce, ground cloves ground ginger and onions and cook on top of stove as squash bakes
  3. scoop cooked squash into mixer with other ingredients and mix
  4. throw in sliced scallions and cook for another 15 minutes
  5. add light cream or milk at low heat
  6. Serve and enjoy!
