Double Chocolate Velvet Mousse

- 200g milk chocolate melted shopping list
- 1cup sour cream shopping list
- 2 egg yolks shopping list
- 4 egg whites shopping list
- 1/4 cup caster sugar shopping list
- 200g white chocolate melted shopping list
- 1/2 cup double cream (whipped) shopping list
- 4 strawberries to decorate (sliced) shopping list
- 1 tablespoon shifted cocoa shopping list
How to make it
- Combine milk chocolate with half the sour cream and one egg yolk in a large bowl, stir until smooth.
- Beat 2 egg whites until soft peak, gradually add half costar sugar beat further 3 minutes; fold into chocolate mixture.
- Pour into 4 balloon glasses and chill till set
- To make white chocolate layer, combine white melted with the rest sour cream, and egg yolk and stir till smooth.
- Beat the remaining egg whites until soft peaks form gradually add in the sugar beat for 3 minutes
- Fold into the white chocolate mixture and pour on top of the chilled milk chocolate mouse, chill till set
- Decorate with piped cream and strawberries dust with cocoa powder
