Double Chocolate Velvet Mousse Recipe

How to make it

  • Combine milk chocolate with half the sour cream and one egg yolk in a large bowl, stir until smooth.
  • Beat 2 egg whites until soft peak, gradually add half costar sugar beat further 3 minutes; fold into chocolate mixture.
  • Pour into 4 balloon glasses and chill till set
  • To make white chocolate layer, combine white melted with the rest sour cream, and egg yolk and stir till smooth.
  • Beat the remaining egg whites until soft peaks form gradually add in the sugar beat for 3 minutes
  • Fold into the white chocolate mixture and pour on top of the chilled milk chocolate mouse, chill till set
  • Decorate with piped cream and strawberries dust with cocoa powder
