Ingredients
  • 200g milk chocolate melted
  • 1cup sour cream
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup caster sugar
  • 200g white chocolate melted
  • 1/2 cup double cream (whipped)
  • 4 strawberries to decorate (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon shifted cocoa

Directions
  1. Combine milk chocolate with half the sour cream and one egg yolk in a large bowl, stir until smooth.
  2. Beat 2 egg whites until soft peak, gradually add half costar sugar beat further 3 minutes; fold into chocolate mixture.
  3. Pour into 4 balloon glasses and chill till set
  4. To make white chocolate layer, combine white melted with the rest sour cream, and egg yolk and stir till smooth.
  5. Beat the remaining egg whites until soft peaks form gradually add in the sugar beat for 3 minutes
  6. Fold into the white chocolate mixture and pour on top of the chilled milk chocolate mouse, chill till set
  7. Decorate with piped cream and strawberries dust with cocoa powder
