Ingredients
  • 15-20 taro leaves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vetsine
  • 1 can coconut cream or 2 coconuts (freshly grated)
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 1/2 stick ginger
  • 1 TBSP oil
  • 1/2 onion

Directions
  1. 1 fill a pot with water and bring to boil
  2. 2.add taro leaves,salt and vetsine and close pot. leave for 20 minutes.
  3. 3.once leaves are soft.take pot off the stove and drain water away
  4. 4. place empty clen pot on the stove, and add oil
  5. 5. once hot, add onions,garlic and ginger.Lightly fry
  6. 6. add leaves and toss in hot oil for 5-10 minutes
  7. 7. add coconut cream and bring to boil
  8. 8. serve with lemon wedge and chillies
