taro leave in coconut cream

- 15-20 taro leaves shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp vetsine shopping list
- 1 can coconut cream or 2 coconuts (freshly grated) shopping list
- 3 clove garlic shopping list
- 1/2 stick ginger shopping list
- 1 TBSP oil shopping list
- 1/2 onion shopping list
How to make it
- 1 fill a pot with water and bring to boil
- 2.add taro leaves,salt and vetsine and close pot. leave for 20 minutes.
- 3.once leaves are soft.take pot off the stove and drain water away
- 4. place empty clen pot on the stove, and add oil
- 5. once hot, add onions,garlic and ginger.Lightly fry
- 6. add leaves and toss in hot oil for 5-10 minutes
- 7. add coconut cream and bring to boil
- 8. serve with lemon wedge and chillies
