How to make it

  • 1 fill a pot with water and bring to boil
  • 2.add taro leaves,salt and vetsine and close pot. leave for 20 minutes.
  • 3.once leaves are soft.take pot off the stove and drain water away
  • 4. place empty clen pot on the stove, and add oil
  • 5. once hot, add onions,garlic and ginger.Lightly fry
  • 6. add leaves and toss in hot oil for 5-10 minutes
  • 7. add coconut cream and bring to boil
  • 8. serve with lemon wedge and chillies
