How to make it

  • Chop onions and bell pepper finely.
  • Cut corn off the cob keeping the juice.
  • Sauté onion, bell pepper and tomato in butter until onions look almost clear then add corn and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add black pepper and cayenne pepper.
  • Cook 20 minutes longer.
