Vegetable Rice Medley

- 1 cup uncooked long grain rice shopping list
- 2 1/4 cups water shopping list
- 2 to 3 tablespoons onion or vegetable soup mix shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 cups frozen corn, peas or mixed vegetables shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the rice, water, soup mix and salt.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add the vegetables; return to a boil.
- Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Cook until rice and vegetables are tender.
