Tater Dumplings

- 4 potatoes, peeled and diced shopping list
- water shopping list
- milk shopping list
- 1 stick of butter or margarine shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 3 cans of tube biscuits shopping list
How to make it
- Cover potatoes with water in a Dutch oven and cook until soft.
- Mash part of the potatoes with a potato masher.
- Add milk until you have the pot about 3/4 full.
- Add butter, salt and pepper to taste, and bring to a gentle boil.
- Cut biscuits into fourths and drop into the broth, stir well.
- Reduce heat to a simmer.
- Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
