How to make it

  • Empty one can of crannberrys into roaster..lather the bottom of the roaster with an even layer
  • arrange the duck drummies around the outside edge of the roaster
  • set duck breats like bread slices side to side through center of roaster...
  • coat completely with remaining two cans of crannberrys
  • bake at 350 for 60 minutes roaster lid on..
  • reduce heat to 275 and remove roaster lid
  • it should be saucy bubbly fruity aroma in the roaster and let it glaze for remaining thirty minutes roaster lid removed
  • serve with a major scoop of berry mixture from the roaster( like a fruit gravy)
