Crannberry Duck

- Wild duck...(not divers)..mallard, canvasback, wood duck preferred shopping list
- four adult birds breasted- skin off -deboned shopping list
- this will provide eight duck drummies as well shopping list
- one small covered roasting pan with lid shopping list
- 3 cans of (12 0z) carnnberries shopping list
How to make it
- Empty one can of crannberrys into roaster..lather the bottom of the roaster with an even layer
- arrange the duck drummies around the outside edge of the roaster
- set duck breats like bread slices side to side through center of roaster...
- coat completely with remaining two cans of crannberrys
- bake at 350 for 60 minutes roaster lid on..
- reduce heat to 275 and remove roaster lid
- it should be saucy bubbly fruity aroma in the roaster and let it glaze for remaining thirty minutes roaster lid removed
- serve with a major scoop of berry mixture from the roaster( like a fruit gravy)
