Ingredients
- 1 box betty crocker carrot cake mix shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 c. sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 c. veg. oil shopping list
- 1 small can crushed pineapple w/juice shopping list
- 1 c. grated carrot shopping list
- 1 c. raisens ( reg. or golden) shopping list
- 1 c. chopped walnuts shopping list
- FROSTING; shopping list
- 1 can ready made cream cheese frosting shopping list
- 1 8oz. package cream cheese shopping list
- 1/2 c. drained well crushed pineapple shopping list
- 1/4 c. chopped walnuts shopping list
How to make it
- Empty cake mix in large bowl
- add the eggs , oil, sour cream , and crushed pineapple and mix well
- mix in the carrots, raisens, and walnuts
- spray cake pan with pan spray or lightly oil
- bake at 350 for 25-35 min. or until done
- let cool
- FROSTING;
- blend together the frosting , cream cheese and crushed pineapple
- frost cooled cake then sprinkle with chopped walnuts

Thisis the best carrot cake I've ever tasted! My son requests this cake every birthday! In fact I just took it out of the oven! WOW!!!! This cake is the one cake to make for Thanksgiving!
