Ingredients

  • Just Follow These Simple Directions..---->
  • Whisk together 3 eggs,
  • 115g (3/4 cup) plain flour
  • 285ml milk.
  • Add a pinch of salt and leave to
  • stand for 10-30 minutes before using it.
  • Cook in a oiled,preheated mould in a hot oven until puffy,crispy and golden brown.Yummy.. ENJOY.
  • Extra :- A small amount of grated cheese in the mix gives it an added Flavour..Not too much though otherwise the cheese taste takes over..Very Nice.. 9/10

I've had yorkshire pudding while living in london in my youth - but have never been able to get it the way it was then. the pan with the 'pudding' was placed below the meat on the rack and the drippings of the roast would flavour the yorkshire pudding. any other way i've tried, but it just did not taste the same. i shall try yours, though, it certainly sounds easy. thank you for sharing.
