    i've had yorkshire pudding while living in london in my youth - but have never been able to get it the way it was then. the pan with the 'pudding' was placed below the meat on the rack and the drippings of the roast would flavour the yorkshire pudding. any other way i've tried, but it just did not taste the same. i shall try yours, though, it certainly sounds easy. thank you for sharing.
