Vegetable Parmesan Pie

- 1-1/2 cups cooked rice shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 3 tablespoons margarine shopping list
- 3 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 10 ounce package frozen carrot slices, cooked, drained shopping list
- 10 ounce package frozen chopped broccoli, cooked, drained shopping list
How to make it
- Combine rice, egg, 1/4 cup cheese and onion then mix well.
- Press onto bottom and sides of greased 9” pie plate.
- Make a white sauce with margarine, flour, milk and salt.
- Add remaining cheese then stir until well blended.
- Stir in vegetables then spoon into rice shell.
- Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
- Sprinkle with additional cheese if desired.
