Ingredients

2 slices of bread (white or brown) The fresher the better

sliced cheese (mature chedder is my favourite, but choose any cheese you like)

Tomato Puree

Directions

Grill the sliced bread on one side only (do not use a toaster)

when lightly browned, remove from the heat

Turn the bread over onto the untoasted side

Spread at thin layer of tomato puree on the untoasted side

Layer the sliced cheese over the bread

Grill until the cheese bubbles and is starting to brown.

Pour a hit cup of coffee and enjoy !
