Mexicali Chicken

- vegetable cooking spray shopping list
- 1 pound skinned, boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips shopping list
- 1 15 ounce can of black beans, drained and rinsed shopping list
- 1 14 1/2 ounce can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups of water shopping list
- 1 cup Uncle Ben's Converted brand rice shopping list
- 4 teaspoons Wyler's chicken-flavor Instant Bouillon shopping list
How to make it
- In a large non-stick skillet, over medium-high heat, cook chicken in vegetable cooking spray until no longer pink. About 5 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
- Add some cheese or any other type of garnish and enjoy!
