Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 pods garlic, pressed
  • 3 Tbs. Liquid Smoke
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 cup bbq sauce of your choice (I use hickory smoke)

Directions
  1. Mix brown sugar, liquid smoke, garlic, salt, pepper and cajun seasoning, rub on pork, let sit for 1-3 hours.
  2. Grill, baste with ample amount of bbq sauce.

This was a great rub. Next time I believe I'm going to add a little more cajun seasoning just to spice it up a little more. Can't wait to make this again!
