- 2 tablespoons plain flour shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1dl water shopping list
- 1 pinch pepper shopping list
- 4dl beef stock shopping list
How to make it
- Using a jar with a tight-fitting lid, shake the flour and the water until combined.
- Bring the beef stock to the boil.
- Add the flour and water mix slowly, stirring all the while.
- Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes, before adding the salt and pepper to taste.
- If desired, a little butter can be added.
