Hawaiian Lamb Burgers Recipe
This is my own take on lamb burgers and originated in my 3rd year of college.

Ingredients
  • 2 lb ground Lamb
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup of Japanese bread crumbs
  • 1 package of Hawaiian sweet rolls

Directions
  1. Take the lamb, spices, fat and bread crumbs and stir them in a bowl till well incorporated. Make them into patties 2-3 inches in diamater by making balls and flattening them with a skillet. Place them on a greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Broil for 4 minutes per side and place on Hawaiian roll. Serve with crisp lettuce and sriachi sauce.
