How to make it

  • Take the lamb, spices, fat and bread crumbs and stir them in a bowl till well incorporated. Make them into patties 2-3 inches in diamater by making balls and flattening them with a skillet. Place them on a greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Broil for 4 minutes per side and place on Hawaiian roll. Serve with crisp lettuce and sriachi sauce.
