Hawaiian Lamb Burgers

- 2 lb ground lamb shopping list
- 2 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper shopping list
- 2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp curry powder shopping list
- 1 tsp paprika shopping list
- 1 cup of Japanese bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 package of Hawaiian sweet rolls shopping list
How to make it
- Take the lamb, spices, fat and bread crumbs and stir them in a bowl till well incorporated. Make them into patties 2-3 inches in diamater by making balls and flattening them with a skillet. Place them on a greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Broil for 4 minutes per side and place on Hawaiian roll. Serve with crisp lettuce and sriachi sauce.
