Ingredients
- one lage chicken breast, skinless/boneless shopping list
- 1 tbsp oil shopping list
- garam masala, red pepper flakes, lemon pepper, turmeric shopping list
- frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrots shopping list
How to make it
- mix the spices to taste with enough oil to coat the chicken
- heat pan
- cook chicken most of the way through
- cover on cooked side with spice mix
- add vegetables
- saute til veggies and chicken are cooked all the way through
- serve
