Ingredients
  • one lage chicken breast, skinless/boneless
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • garam masala, red pepper flakes, lemon pepper, turmeric
  • frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrots

Directions
  1. mix the spices to taste with enough oil to coat the chicken
  2. heat pan
  3. cook chicken most of the way through
  4. cover on cooked side with spice mix
  5. add vegetables
  6. saute til veggies and chicken are cooked all the way through
  7. serve
