  • 1 cup raw milk kefir
  • 1 banana or 4 strawberries
  • 1 tsp honey
  • dash of cinnamon

Directions
  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender and pulse till combined. Don't blend too long or the heat of the blender can reduce probiotics in kefir.
  2. Pour into glass and enjoy
