How to make it

  • MARIADE
  • combine all ingerdeants in a large bowl. Add pork and coat all over. cover and refridge for 30 mins. drain pork and reserve marinade
  • For dressing combine in a screwtop jar ,shake well
  • cook pork in heated oiled grill pan brushing with reserve marinade, for about 10 mins.untill browned all over remove cover and stand for 5 mins before slicing
  • Pore boiling water over snow peas in heat proof bowl stand 30 sec drain rinse under cold water combine snow peas and remaning ingredeants in a bowl pour over 1/2 the dressing toss
  • Serve salad on a plate top with pork and drizzle with remaining dressing
