How to make it

  • make a slit along the chicken breast and butterfly open.
  • in a small bowl add the cheese, garlic and herbs and mix together.
  • Add the cheesy mixture inside of the chicken breast where u made the slit. Push it in well.
  • Add slices of smoky bacon around the kiev to seal and keep together whilst cooking with toothpicks.
  • Bake in a hot oven for 30 mins and serve with a nice green salad.
