Ingredients

1 Stick Margarine,melted

4 Boneless/skinless Chicken Breast

3/4 Cups grated Parmesan Cheese

3/4 Cups Crushed Cornflakes(Plan)

1 Pkg Ranch Salad Dressing Mix(Powdered)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350º.Mix cheese and cornflakes in a large plastic bag.Dip each chicken breast in margarine and place on a pre-greased baking pan.Shake the ranch mix on each piece of chicken until each piece is covered.Place the chicken in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.Take the chicken out and shake the Parmesan cheese and cornflakes mix over each piece.Put back in the oven and bake for 30 more minutes or until golden brown
