chocolate cream terrine

This is a very easy dessert. Its super rich so you only need a very thin slice which is why it feeds so many. Makes a fab desseert for a dinner party, and peole will think it took hours to make.
Ingredients
- 1 litre double cream shopping list
- 400 grams of your fave good quality chocolate shopping list
- Other ideas.... add a splash of flavoured liquor, or make a layered terrine, with white, milk and bitter chocolate. shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl whip cream until stiff.
- Melt the chocolate and fold into whipped cream, gently.
- Pour mix into a loaf tinned lined with cling film.
- Smooth the top and cover this will cling film too.
- This is best left in the frige overnight.
- Present it on a nice serving plate, with cocoa sprinkled on the top and mint leaves or fresh berries.
