Chocolate Cream Terrine Recipe
This is a very easy dessert. Its super rich so you only need a very thin slice which is why it feeds so many. Makes a fab desseert for a dinner party, and peole will think it took hours to make.

Ingredients
  • 1 litre double cream
  • 400 grams of your fave good quality chocolate
  • Other ideas.... add a splash of flavoured liquor, or make a layered terrine, with white, milk and bitter chocolate.

Directions
  1. In a large bowl whip cream until stiff.
  2. Melt the chocolate and fold into whipped cream, gently.
  3. Pour mix into a loaf tinned lined with cling film.
  4. Smooth the top and cover this will cling film too.
  5. This is best left in the frige overnight.
  6. Present it on a nice serving plate, with cocoa sprinkled on the top and mint leaves or fresh berries.
