Ingredients
  • 1 cup Hungry Jack buttermilk pancake mix
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup (1 small) mashed banana
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 to 2 tsp. powdered sugar

Directions
  1. Heat griddle or large skillet to 375. Grease lightly with oil. Griddle is
  2. ready when small drops of water on griddle sizzle and disappear almost
  3. immediately. In medium bowl, combine pancake mix, water and banana. Stir just
  4. until large lumps disappear. Using about 1/4 cup batter for each snowman, pour
  5. 2 pancakes, one slightly smaller than the other, onto greased griddle with
  6. sides touching to resemble snowman. Cook 1 to 1-1/2 minutes. Turn when edges
  7. look cooked and bubbles begin to break on surface. Cook 1 to 1-1/2 minutes.
  8. While cooking second side, place chocolate chips on surface to resemble
  9. eyes, nose, mouth and buttons. Remove from griddle; sprinkle lightly with
  10. powdered sugar. 6-8 pancakes.
