How to make it

  • Break bread into tiny pieces and combine with the undrained tomatoes
  • let bread soften about 10 minutes
  • Add eggs, to tomato/bread mixture
  • Mix well until tomatoes are broken up
  • Add remaining ingredients, combining lightly until thoroughly blended
  • Shape into a loaf
  • Place on baking pan lined with foil
  • Bake uncovered at 350, for an hour
