Beef and Pepper Loaf

- 3 Slices Dry bread shopping list
- 8 oz can of tomatoes shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 Pounds ground beef shopping list
- 1 Red or green bell pepper, minced shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons minced parsley shopping list
- 1 Teaspoon dried oregano or basil shopping list
- 1 clove minced garlic shopping list
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 Teaspoon fresh ground pepper shopping list
- 3 Tablespoon romano cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Break bread into tiny pieces and combine with the undrained tomatoes
- let bread soften about 10 minutes
- Add eggs, to tomato/bread mixture
- Mix well until tomatoes are broken up
- Add remaining ingredients, combining lightly until thoroughly blended
- Shape into a loaf
- Place on baking pan lined with foil
- Bake uncovered at 350, for an hour
