This is an old time favorite.We use fresh caught fish the guys bring home after a long day off shore! It goes well with a BP and garden salad....and a glass of pino...
Ingredients
- 6 flounder filets shopping list
- dash of seasoning salt shopping list
- 1 lemon shopping list
- 1 pkg of knorrs hollandaise sauce shopping list
- 1 lrg can of asparagus spears shopping list
- 1/4 lb. snow crab,cooked shopping list
How to make it
- Wash filets and sprinkle with seasoning salt;set aside.
- Using directions from the hollandaise pkg. make the sauce whisking as you go along.Add juice from 1/2 lemon;whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Start grill to preheat.
- Top each filet with asparagus spears,crab,and last with hollandaise;sprinkle each with remaining lemon.
- Wrap each in a foil packet and grill for 30 mins.
