How to make it
- Wash filets and sprinkle with seasoning salt;set aside.
- Using directions from the hollandaise pkg. make the sauce whisking as you go along.Add juice from 1/2 lemon;whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Start grill to preheat.
- Top each filet with asparagus spears,crab,and last with hollandaise;sprinkle each with remaining lemon.
- Wrap each in a foil packet and grill for 30 mins.
