BRUSCHETTA DI MAZZANCOLLE DA ZACCARIA

- 4 tablespoons virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves peeled and sliced thin shopping list
- 12 large shrimp peeled and deveined shopping list
- 1 lemon juiced and zested shopping list
- 2 ounces limoncello liqueur shopping list
- 4 ounces dry white wine shopping list
- 1 bunch chives snipped shopping list
- 4 slices country style bread cut 3/4inch thick shopping list
How to make it
- In 14 inch sauté pan heat oil over medium heat until just smoking.
- Add garlic and toast until light brown then add shrimp and cook 3 minutes.
- Turn shrimp over and add lemon juice, limoncello and wine then cook 1 minute.
- Meanwhile grill bread and place 1 slice on each plate then divide shrimp over bread.
- Add chives to pan and divide sauce over shrimp.
- Sprinkle with lemon zest and serve immediately.
