How to make it

  • Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
  • Add lemon juice and chill until slightly thickened.
  • Place in bowl of ice and water and whip until fluffy and thick.
  • Add sugar to whipped cream and fold into gelatin mixture.
  • Pile lightly in sherbet glasses then chill until firm.
  • Cover with strawberries and serve.
