Mustard Sauce Recipe
MUSTARD SAUCE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Sparks Estate in Allen, Texas in 1984.

Ingredients
  • 7 ounces spicy mustard
  • 4 egg yokes
  • 2 cups olive oil
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 cup parsley chopped
  • 1 small bunch chives chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Directions
  1. Beat mustard and egg yokes until smooth.
  2. Beat in oil a little at a time then mix until creamy.
  3. Mix in remaining ingredients with a spoon then blend well.
  4. Allow this sauce to sit several hours to allow flavors to blend.
  5. Serve at room temperature.
