Chinese Style Pork and Tofu

- 5 blocks of philippine or chinese tofu (square), quartered shopping list
- 1/2 kilo pork kasim, cut into strips shopping list
- 5 tbsp. oyster sauce shopping list
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp. sesame oil shopping list
- a dash of sugar shopping list
- a dash of pepper shopping list
- 1 whole onion, minced shopping list
- cooking oil for frying and sauteing shopping list
How to make it
- fry the quartered tofu until golden brown, set aside
- in a wok, add in 2 tsp. oil (preferably peanut oil)
- add in onions, sautee until onions become tender
- add in the pork; stir fry for two minutes or until pork changes color
- add in soy sauce and oyster sauce; stir fry again for 2 minutes
- add in sesame oil
- add in the fried tofu
- add sugar and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot on iron sizzling plate
