Chinese Style Pork And Tofu Recipe

Ingredients
  • 5 blocks of philippine or chinese tofu (square), quartered
  • 1/2 kilo pork kasim, cut into strips
  • 5 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • a dash of sugar
  • a dash of pepper
  • 1 whole onion, minced
  • cooking oil for frying and sauteing

Directions
  1. fry the quartered tofu until golden brown, set aside
  2. in a wok, add in 2 tsp. oil (preferably peanut oil)
  3. add in onions, sautee until onions become tender
  4. add in the pork; stir fry for two minutes or until pork changes color
  5. add in soy sauce and oyster sauce; stir fry again for 2 minutes
  6. add in sesame oil
  7. add in the fried tofu
  8. add sugar and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot on iron sizzling plate
