How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Core apples. Place in casserole dish.
  • Pour entire can of soda over apples.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture over apples.
  • Bake in pre-heated oven for 45 minutes (or until apples are tender). Serve warm, hot or cold, alone or with lowfat cottage cheese, or lowfat ice cream or frozen yogurt.
