Coconut Smores Recipe
This came out of a magazine and it looks sooooo good i had to share it.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 11 ounces of any type of premaid brownie (In Canada Farmer's Market Brownies would be great)
  • 3/4 cup coconut
  • 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line an 8 inch square baking pan with foil; coat with cooking spray.
  3. Combine graham crumbs and melted margarine.
  4. Press onto bottom of pan.
  5. Top with mini marshmallows, quartered brownies, 1/2 cup coconut and chocolate chips.
  6. Pour sweetened condensed milk over top to cover.
  7. Sprinke with 1/4 cup coconut.
  8. Bake 20 minutes.
  9. Cover with foil and bake another 20 minutes; until bubbly.
  10. Cool on rack 30 minutes.
  11. Using foil, lift from pan; cool.
  12. Chill 8 hours.
