Creamy chicken chowder

- 12 c. chicken broth shopping list
- 2 cubes chicken bouillon shopping list
- 1 c. celery, diced shopping list
- ½ c. onion, diced shopping list
- 1½ c. carrots, grated or chopped shopping list
- ½ c. butter (I cut way back) shopping list
- 12 oz. can evaporated milk shopping list
- ½ c. water shopping list
- 1½ c. flour shopping list
- 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed or shredded shopping list
- 3 c. potatoes peeled, cubed and cooked shopping list
How to make it
- Combine broth, bouillon, celery, onion and carrots in a large pot; simmer until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in butter until melted; set aside.
- In a blender, mix milk, water and flour until smooth; add to soup mixture.
- Stir in chicken and potatoes and heat until warmed through.
