Italian Sausage Skewers

- 1 pkg white mushrooms; stems removed shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper chopped in bite size pieces shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper chopped in bite size pieces shopping list
- 1 red onion- bite size pieces shopping list
- 1 zuchinni- sliced 1/4 in thick shopping list
- 1 pkg mild italian sausage links- about 5 in pkg. shopping list
- 1/2 bottle zesty Italian dressing shopping list
- wood or metal skewers shopping list
How to make it
- Place all vegetables in large bowl.
- Cut sausage into bite size pieces and add to vegetables.
- Pour dressing over veggies and sausage.
- Marinate at least 20 minutes
- Thread onto skewers
- Grill over medium heat turning occasionally until sausage is cooked through.
- Serve with couscous or rice.
- * If using wooden skewers, soak them at least 30 minutes in water to prevent them from catching fire.
