How to make it

  • Place all vegetables in large bowl.
  • Cut sausage into bite size pieces and add to vegetables.
  • Pour dressing over veggies and sausage.
  • Marinate at least 20 minutes
  • Thread onto skewers
  • Grill over medium heat turning occasionally until sausage is cooked through.
  • Serve with couscous or rice.
  • * If using wooden skewers, soak them at least 30 minutes in water to prevent them from catching fire.
