Scallops Alla Veneziana

- 2 pounds fresh sea scallops shopping list
- 1 large onion sliced thin shopping list
- 1/2 cup raisins shopping list
- 1/2 cup pine nuts shopping list
- 4 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 3 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 2 cups half-and-half shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- Sauté sliced onions and scallops in butter over medium heat until golden brown.
- Add flour and mix well.
- Add half-and-half, raisins, pine nuts and salt.
- Lower heat and simmer until reduced by half.
- Serve hot.
