Ingredients
  • 2 pounds fresh sea scallops
  • 1 large onion sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions
  1. Sauté sliced onions and scallops in butter over medium heat until golden brown.
  2. Add flour and mix well.
  3. Add half-and-half, raisins, pine nuts and salt.
  4. Lower heat and simmer until reduced by half.
  5. Serve hot.
