Venison or Beef stuffed Meatloaf

- 1 pound ground venison or beef shopping list
- 1 pound ground pork shopping list
- 1/2 bag of frozen brocilli peices (thawed cut smaller, and dried) shopping list
- 8 pieces of sliced American cheese (cut in halve) shopping list
- 4 slices of munster cheese (cut in halve) shopping list
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup diced yellow onion shopping list
- 1/3 cup diced carrots shopping list
- 1/3 cup diced celery shopping list
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic shopping list
- 2 eggs beaten shopping list
- 1/3 cup milk shopping list
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated romano or parmesan cheese shopping list
- 2 teaspoons worcestshire sauce shopping list
- dash of hot sauce (tabasco) shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 1 tablespoon celery greens if on stalks shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in pan. Saute onions,celery,carrots,and garlic untill soft about 5 minutes. Empty into bowl till cooled. In a large bowl mix groundmeats ,parsley ,celery greens, salt , pepper, grated cheese,breadcrumbs, eggs, milk,worcestshire sause, hot sauce, sauted vegetables. Lay out 2 pieces of wax papper overlapped. lay meat mix in center. Flatten to about 1 inch thick square. Make sure it is not longer than your baking dish.In center staying at least 1 inch away from tips of meat, lay half of the american cheese down. On top of cheese lay down brocilli pieces. Lightly tap down on brocilli. Add the rest of the american cheese,then add the munster cheese. Using wax papper fold on side of loaf over the top on cheese and brocilli. Then roll the other over, making sure they seal. Roll up ends of loaf making sure they seal. Roll loaf mixture into baking dish. I use a 13 by 9 by 2 baking dish. Place into a preheated 375 degree oven. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, or just untill it is cooked through, and top is alttle crispy. Let loaf sit a least 15 minutes before cutting
