Dulche De Leche Cheesecake

- 1 1/4 c. graham crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 c. margerine shopping list
- 2 T. brown sugar shopping list
- 3 pkgs. cream cheese shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 4 1/2 Tbsp. graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 1 450 g. jar dulche de leche shopping list
- 1/4 c. brown sugar shopping list
- Toffee bits, about 1/2 cup. shopping list
How to make it
- Combine crumbs, margerine and first amount of brown sugar. Press onto bottom of 10" springform pan. Bake at 350º 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 325º.
- Beat cream cheese with 1/4 c. brown sugar and eggs until well combined. Add in graham crumbs and dulche de leche, beating well. Stir in toffee bits.
- Pour over crust, and bake approx. 1 hour and 10 minutes, until edges are set and center is still a little jiggly.
- Remove from oven, immediately run a sharp bladed knife around edges to prevent cracking.
- Cool, and top
- I topped mine with a caramel sauce (caramel apple dip, actually), but it would be really good with a chocolate ganache spread over, then sprinkled with additional toffee bits, I think.
