Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 cups plain lowfat soy, rice or almond milk (NI uses soy milk)
  • 1 2/3 cups lite coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 4 tsp pure vanilla
  • 3 tbsp blackstrap molasses
  • 4 tsp Stevia powder

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Mix briefly and serve warm or cold with a cinnamon stick garnish, if desired.
  3. This is nonalcoholic, add spirits or rum to your liking.
