How to make it

  • Coating:
  • Place all coating ingredients in a shaker bag and mix well.
  • Mix oil and mustard in a bowl. Cut the chicken into nugget sized pieces and add to mixture. Coat thoroughly. In a plastic bag with crumb coating, put a few pieces at a time, shaking well to coat them.
  • On a baking sheet lined with tin foil, place the pieces so they don’t touch, in a single layer. Bake at 400F for 15 mins. or until done.
