Jennies Cheesy Broccoli Soup

This is an easy broccoli and cheese soup, very yummy and hearty!
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter shopping list
- ¼ cup chopped onion shopping list
- 2 tbsp flour shopping list
- 2½ cups milk shopping list
- ¾lbs. cheese, cut up shopping list
- 1 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed shopping list
- ⅛ tsp pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat.
- Add onion; cook and stir 5 minutes or until onion is tender.
- Add flour, stirring constantly, stir in milk.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for one minute.
- Add remaining ingrediants.
- Cook until cheese is melted and soup is heated.
