This is a recipe that me and my little brother made up during the summer when our mom and dad where at work and all we had was a box of pasta a can of stewed tomatoes and a garden of veggies.

Ingredients
  • 1 large zuchinni,chopped
  • 1 large summer sqaush, chopped
  • 1 package of any kind of mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 large yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 large can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp basil
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 small boxes angel hair pasta or any of your choice
  • 1 pound of chicken, sausage, hamburger any of your choice
  • butter

Directions
  1. cook the whichever type of meat you have chosen till browned
  2. a few minutes before completley cooked add mushrooms,onions, zuchinni and squash
  3. if you have chosen somthing like sausage you can use the oil that comes from it to sautee the mushrooms and onions, if you have chosen chicken use butter to cook the chicken and sautee the veggies
  4. once the onions, squash and zuchinini are tender add the can of stewed tomatoes and let it heat throughly and mix in with the meat, and veggies
  5. while the tomatoes are cooking in the the sautee mixture add the seasonings
  6. cook the pasta according to package directions and once done add the sauce to the pasta and mix
  7. sure with cottage cheese lol yum!
